But how to archieve this?  See the below steps:

1. Perform keywords research, choose the best relevant keyphrase.  Primary keyphrase is the key to success
2. 200-Word Content minimum per page.  Of cause, it should be relevant to the keyphrases.
3. Use Meaningful Page Titles with keyphrases.  Some people argued that the keyphrases should be put at the beginning of the sentence.  However, I doubt.   The title should contains 60-80 characters.
4. Use Meaningful Page Descriptions with keyphrases.
5. Use Headings and Sub-Headings.  Try to summerize your paragraphs.
6. Build links by joining link exchange programme.
7. Describe your flash/animated files, photos with keyphrases.
